About the Team:

About the Role:
We’re on the hunt for a social-first Mid-weight Motion Designer who’s as comfortable crafting beautiful animations as they are slicing up slick video edits. You’ll join our creative team to bring ideas to life across digital campaigns, brand content, and everything in between.
This isn’t just about moving pixels—you’ll also have a hand in designing campaign visuals, shaping narratives, and making sure the creative spark carries from concept to final frame.
· Animate engaging motion pieces across campaigns, social, and branded content.
· Edit video content for a variety of formats and channels.
· Collaborate closely with Creative Designers to bring ideas to life.
· Contribute to the design phase of campaigns—from key visuals to storyboarding.
· Work within brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
· Image and footage sourcing.
· Collaborating on briefs from end-to-end, from storyboarding to completion.
Candidate Requirements:
· An impressive portfolio demonstrating your extensive experience in motion design, animation, and video editing
· Strong After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite skills (Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop)
· Wide knowledge of animation/video creation process, from storyboards to rendering.
· Experience with typography, layout, and visual storytelling
· A sharp design eye
· Strong communication and collaboration skills
· Highly motivated and a great team player
Nice to have:
· Experience in 3D (Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.)
· Sound design knowledge
· Experience working within medical devices, beauty tech industry or electronics

2nd Stage – A one-hour interview where you can expect competency questions. In most cases this is held in person.
