What Youll Do As Bar Manager Lead and inspire a talented bar team
Oversee bar operations, service standards, and guest experience
Maintain immaculate bar presentation and ensure smooth service execution
Train, coach and develop your crew
Manage inventory, stock control and labour
Drive GP targets, compliance and operational excellence
Work with some of the industry's best
What Were Looking For Strong experience leading bar teams in high-volume or premium venues
Exceptional service skills with a genuine passion for hospitality
Advanced cocktail and beverage knowledge
A solid understanding of management practices
Ability to stay calm, organised and upbeat during busy service
Strong relationship-building and team culture skills
Proven experience with inventory, cost control and labour management
Commitment to safety, compliance and high standards
