The way creative work is made is changing. We're building a future-facing art department that blends traditional visual craft with modern tools and emerging technologies.

We're looking for a versatile Digital Artist whose primary strength is high-end 2D retouching, paired with curiosity and capability across photography, motion, 3D, and AI-assisted workflows.

Our preferred candidate will be comfortable taking ownership of tasks from brief through to delivery.

This role sits within the Art Department and works closely with Art Directors, CG Artists, and Production to deliver high-quality visual work across multiple mediums.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both precision and experimentation.

* Curious about new tools and evolving creative workflows

Requirements

* High-end Photoshop retouching, compositing, and colour grading
* Producing clean, production-ready imagery for commercial use
* Interpreting creative direction and executing to a high visual standard

Desirable / Additional Skills

(You don't need everything below. We're interested in depth in some areas and curiosity in others)

* Photography (capture, lighting awareness, image preparation)
* 3D (Blender only) – lighting, texturing, look development, basic animation
* DaVinci Resolve – editing and/or colour grading
* After Effects – motion graphics or compositing
* Houdini – simulation or motion-based workflows
* AI-assisted workflows (e.g. ComfyUI) for stills or motion
* An interest in art direction and visual concept development

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, Digital Arts, or a related discipline
(or equivalent professional experience)

Benefits

* Competitive salary (dependent on experience)
* Work on diverse, high-end creative projects
* Collaborative studio environment
