An excellent opportunity to join a team of employment lawyers and paralegals supporting a well-known organisation. You will have excellent employment law experience, particularly in employment tribunal litigation. The role is fully remote and working in an in-house environment.
Responsibilities
* Manage a high volume of ET claims across all areas
* You will be a point of escalation for employment law enquires particularly around tribunals
* Supervise junior colleagues and paralegals
* Handling a busy caseload representing the employer in tribunal claims (no advocacy).
* Build strong relationships with key business stakeholders, particularly HR colleagues
Candidate Requirements
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience supervising paralegals or juniors
* Employment law and litigation expert
* 2-5 years PQE
