Our training is rooted in science-backed Strength & Conditioning, with a clear focus on progressive overload, quality movement, and purposeful coaching. Our coaches don’t just count reps — they coach. That means correcting form, delivering precise cues, and helping every member perform at their best, from first-timers to experienced athletes. Who We’re Looking For We’re searching for a coach who takes pride in technical excellence and thrives in a strong community environment: Qualified: Level 3 PT (minimum), with valid First Aid & insurance Experienced: 2 years coaching on the gym floor or in group training Technically Sharp: Excellent movement assessment and coaching precision Authentic: You value results and quality over excessive “energy” Approachable: Confident, personable, and a positive influence within an inclusive community Lifestyle-Driven: You live the standards you coach Local: Ideally based in or around Hackney (not commuting across London) Availability We’re looking for someone who can commit to a consistent schedule, including: Weekdays (evenings required) Weekends (rotational with the team) Friday evenings & Saturday mornings (rotational) Minimum requirement: At least 1 morning and 1 evening session per week, plus team meetings and ongoing professional development.
