A top tear global investment firm are seeking a highly capable and discreet Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to senior leadership in its London office. About the Role: As Executive Assistant, you will act as a strategic partner to senior executives, ensuring their time is optimised and operations run smoothly. You’ll be responsible for managing complex schedules, coordinating international travel, and facilitating high-level communications across internal and external stakeholders. This role demands a proactive mindset, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to one or more senior executives
* Manage demanding calendars, prioritising meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts
* Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, visas, and accommodations
* Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports with a high level of accuracy
* Liaise with internal departments and external contacts, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
* Support the planning and execution of meetings, events, and offsites
* Handle expense reporting, invoice processing, and other operational tasks
* Anticipate executive needs and take initiative to resolve issues before they arise
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant role, ideally within financial services, investment firms, or professional services
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and poise
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
* Professional, polished, and emotionally intelligent
* Experience supporting C-suite or senior stakeholders is highly desirable
