As our Handy person, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our care home is safe, functional, and well-maintained. If you’re someone who enjoys hands-on work, solving problems, and keeping things in top condition, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Carry out general maintenance and repairs in and around the care home
2. Fix plumbing issues, electrical faults, and general DIY tasks
3. Ensure all safety regulations are followed and home remain in good condition
4. Maintain a proactive approach to any repairs or improvements that arise
What We’re Looking For:
5. Previous experience in general maintenance or a handy person role
6. A proactive, reliable, and self-motivated attitude
7. Ability to manage a range of maintenance tasks and repairs
8. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
