Role Overview
Hybrid working: 3 days office‑based in Dorking. Full‑time, permanent. Base salary £50,000–£60,000; OTE £80,000–£90,000. Package includes performance bonuses, car & fuel allowance and more.
Responsibilities
* Win new business through outbound activity, cold calling and following up inbound leads.
* Manage your own sales pipeline from first contact to close.
* Follow our proven sales process while bringing your own style and initiative.
* Help shape the sales culture as the team continues to grow.
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven success in outbound or phone‑based sales, ideally within digital marketing, SEO or online advertising.
* Confidence in cold calling and self‑sourcing new business opportunities.
* Experience closing deals within short sales cycles (often same‑day).
* Proactive, self‑motivated attitude with a strong drive to achieve and exceed KPIs.
* Resilience, enthusiasm and ability to connect quickly with small business owners.
* Experience managing or mentoring others, or leadership capabilities to progress into that level.
