Are you looking for a new challenge, enjoy a shift pattern that allows you to have time off during the week, and 3-day weekends? Do you want to work 12-hour shifts, with more days off work? Work 7 shifts per fortnight rather than 10? What suits you best: day shift or night shift?
If you like the sound of this, and want to become a key member of a high performing maintenance team, then act now as these vacancies do not arise often.
Decipher is delighted to be working with our Christchurch-based client in their search for 2 maintenance engineers – one day shift and one night shift. As manufacturers of agricultural products sold across the globe, they are the employer of choice for over 250 people at their Christchurch site.
On offer
They are Wigram-based, with off-street parking.
They are a blue-chip manufacturing company that offers long-term sustainability, ongoing training and development, and potential for future career growth.
They offer a competitive salary, and any additional shifts worked are paid at an average of a 42-hour week. The shift pattern is 3 shifts on, 2 off, 2 shifts on, 3 off. This means every second weekend is a 3-day break, and every other week you will have a mid-week break. The shifts are 12 hours from 6 to 6.
One day shift and one night shift position are available. What works best for you?
