Senior Legal Technology Analyst

Senior Legal Technology Analyst Key Responsibilities:
* Independently support and troubleshoot practice technology, resolving complex issues and escalating when needed
* Evaluate and test emerging legal tech (including generative AI), providing feedback and analysis
* Support user training by preparing and delivering content
* Monitor system usage and adoption, identifying trends and opportunities to improve engagement
* Stay up to date with legal tech trends through research and professional development
* Liaise with vendors on support issues, feature requests, and updates
Senior Legal Technology Analyst Skills & Requirements:
* 4+ years’ experience in legal technology within a law firm
* Experience supporting legal software (e.g. contract analysis, document automation, practice management)
* Familiarity with generative AI tools in legal workflows
* Strong understanding of legal workflows and practice needs
* High technical aptitude with ability to quickly learn new systems
* Experience creating user documentation, training, or knowledge base content
