Hours: 40 hours per week average
Working Pattern:
* Monday–Friday: 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00
* Saturday: 08:30–12:30 (1 in 3 – paid as overtime)

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Service Advisor to join a busy automotive dealership aftersales team in Chichester. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing outstanding customer care.
As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring every vehicle service experience runs smoothly and efficiently.
Service Advisor Responsibilities
Your duties will include:
* Greeting customers and providing a friendly and professional welcome
* Managing vehicle bookings and service appointments
* Preparing job cards and handling aftersales administration
* Ordering vehicle parts and coordinating with the workshop team
* Managing vehicle progress through the workshop
* Processing bookings, quotes, and parts orders using dealership systems
* Using Electronic Vehicle Health Checks (EVHC) to support service recommendations
* Maintaining accurate stock control of key parts
* Delivering high levels of customer satisfaction and customer service
* Supporting the aftersales team with general administrative tasks
Skills & Experience Required
* Previous customer service experience (automotive, retail, or service environment preferred)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Confidence using Microsoft Office systems
* A positive attitude and passion for delivering excellent customer service
