* Pay Scale: £70 – £100 per day (depending on experience)
* Contract Type: Long Term (Part-Time, 8:45 AM – 12:00 PM)
The Role
Education World is looking for a dedicated Maths Teacher to join an Alternative Provision in Bulwell, Nottingham. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with students in KS3–KS4 who have a range of needs, including ADHD, ASD, and challenging behaviour. The role involves planning and marking, delivering engaging Maths lessons, and helping students achieve their potential in a supportive yet structured environment.
What We’re Looking For
* QTS (ideally, but strong unqualified teachers with relevant experience will also be considered)
* Strong experience of working with challenging behaviour and SEND
* A resilient, patient, and nurturing approach to teaching
* Ability to plan, deliver, and mark work effectively
* Commitment to meeting pupils in person and building positive relationships
Key Responsibilities
* Delivering high-quality Maths lessons to KS3–KS4 students
* Managing behaviour positively and consistently
* Planning and marking in line with the curriculum
* Supporting the holistic development of pupils with complex needs
* Working closely with the school team to ensure progress and engagement
