We’re looking for someone who is hands on, proactive, and excited to strengthen our digital presence as we continue to scale. Someone who blends creativity with analytical thinking, confident behind the camera, inside Omnisend, and across our social platforms. You’ll play a key role in shaping how our customers discover, engage with, and experience Get A Drip across email, social, CRM and beyond.

The Role
✨ Email & CRM – Build and deploy campaigns, newsletters and lifecycle flows; manage segmentation, personalisation and automations; maintain CRM hygiene; oversee journeys including welcome, post-appointment, lapsed and cross-sell flows; run A/B tests to optimise performance.
✨ Brand & Creative Support – Execute brand campaigns across digital, social and in-clinic channels; create on-brand assets (social graphics, banners, posters, email visuals); ensure creative consistency; contribute to visuals, storytelling assets and moodboards.
✨ Content Creation – Capture and edit high-quality short-form content; film treatments, BTS, demos and lifestyle footage; produce a steady flow of UGC-style, educational, testimonial and product-focused videos.
✨ Digital & Social Execution – Manage daily community engagement (comments, replies, tags, DMs); stay on top of industry trends; update website banners and campaign assets; support smooth product launches, memberships and seasonal moments.
✨ Analytics & Performance Tracking – Monitor key metrics across Omnisend, GA and Zenoti; analyse customer behaviour; refine segments; ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints; support best practice for deliverability and inbox performance.
Requirements:
Digital & Technical Must-Haves
* Strong hands-on experience with email marketing platforms, ideally Omnisend or Klaviyo/Mailchimp.
* Experience building and managing email campaigns, newsletters and automated lifecycle flows.
* Working knowledge of CRM segmentation, tagging, hygiene and customer journeys.
* Ability to analyse performance using Google Analytics, social insights and CRM/email metrics.
* Comfortable updating website banners, imagery and landing pages via Shopify and WordPress.
Creative Must-Haves
* Strong experience filming and editing short-form content for TikTok, Reels and Stories.
* Confident creating on-brand graphics and assets using Canva, Adobe Express or similar.
* Ability to capture content in-clinic including treatments, behind-the-scenes and product demos.
* Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, trends and platform-native storytelling.
* A good eye for branding, visual consistency and storytelling.
