Job Title: Shift Engineer
Location: Woking, Surrey

Key Responsibilities
* Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across M&E building services systems
* Carry out monitoring, fault-finding, and diagnostics on mechanical, electrical, and control systems
* Operate and maintain data centre plant equipment including
* Respond to alarms and critical incidents promptly, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal downtime
* Complete shift reports, maintenance logs, and system documentation accurately
* Adhere to data centre operating procedures, risk protocols, and permit-to-work processes
* Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives on-site
* Work cooperatively with on-site clients, vendors, and engineering teams
Requirements
* Recognised qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (NVQ Level 3+, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
* Strong working knowledge of mechanical and electrical infrastructure systems
* Comfortable working within a structured shift rota
