Position Summary
A proactive, results‑driven store manager will lead the new store, inspire the team, and drive commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
* Support and motivate the in‑store team daily to achieve store targets, maximise opportunities to surpass KPIs, and model exemplary Pandora customer service.
* Maintain a strong retail floor presence, educate and influence the store, and ensure back‑of‑house activities enable successful commercial execution.
* Receive thorough training to become a Pandora product expert and, with support from the regional sales manager, nurture and develop staff to unlock their full potential.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in driving sales and profitability in a store setting.
* A passion for delivering a culture of exemplary customer service.
* Ability to understand and translate Pandora’s local and global business strategy into store, regional, and division KPIs.
* Experience using data to identify trends, issues, and root causes, and to take action when opportunities arise.
* Strong communication skills to establish and coach a high‑performing team.
* Adaptability and flexibility to changing business needs.
* Positive, can‑do attitude with enthusiasm for Pandora products and core values.
* Well‑presented appearance with a taste for desirable products.
