Our engineering team is looking for a skilled Middle Full-Stack Developer to build React and Node.js applications for startups in the healthcare, fintech, and AI domains.

What you'll be working on:
🏹 Develop and optimize scalable web applications using React and Next.js.
💻 Design and build robust REST and GraphQL APIs with Node.js and Nest.js.
🏗 Architect and deploy solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS).
🚀 Lead technical decision-making and propose improvements to the codebase.
💡 Contribute to system architecture and participate in code reviews.
🎯 Take ownership of features from planning to production.
Experience that will help you to do the job:
* Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
* Strong knowledge of React.
* Expertise in building scalable Node.js APIs using Nest.js, Apollo Server, or similar frameworks.
* Hands-on experience with Docker.
* Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase/Supabase).
* Understanding of software design principles and ability to write clean, maintainable code.
* CI/CD pipeline setup experience (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
* Experience with Git and Git workflows.
* Familiarity with cloud environments (Google Cloud or AWS).
* Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency. This role requires constant communication with English speakers.
Experience that will be a plus:
* Advanced GraphQL experience (schema design, federation, caching).
* Experience with API documentation tools (Postman, Swagger).
* Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
