With an expanding footprint and a focus on ENT and Dermatology services, they are seeking a talented Services Manager to oversee the end-to-end operational delivery.This is a brand-new position giving you the chance to shape the role, establish best practice, and influence real change in a business that values performance, collaboration, and compassion in equal measure.You'll report directly to the COO and play a key part in leading multidisciplinary teams, delivering outstanding patient care, and driving financial and operational success.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day service delivery for ENT and Dermatology clinics across multiple locationsTake full ownership of the “referral to discharge” pathway, ensuring seamless, compliant patient journeysLead service optimisation across clinical capacity, workforce planning, appointment management, and clinic resourcingManage operational performance to meet KPIs, NHS service levels, and contractual obligationsLead a team of clinical and non-clinical professionalsTrack and analyse key performance data to identify trends, risks, and service improvement opportunitiesMaximise referrals and ensure clinical capacity meets demand, working with clinicians and commissionersManage the full P&L of assigned services and monitor financial performance closelyBuild and maintain strong working relationships with commissioners, local authorities, and clinic partnersActively contribute to organisational change initiatives and quality improvement projectsEnsure full compliance with CQC, NHS, and internal regulatory frameworksIdeal Candidate Profile:Degree; ideally in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or a relevant fieldProven experience managing healthcare servicesStrong leadership skills with the ability to manage both direct and matrix teamsBackground in owning P&L and operational budgetsStakeholder engagement experienceFamiliar with pathway design, waitlist management, and performance monitoringAdaptable, friendly, and capable of thriving in a high-growth, change-led environmentPractice Managers or Operations Leads ready for a step up are also encouraged to applyWhat’s On Offer:Hybrid working – typically 3 days in-officeUp to £48,000 basic salaryQuarterly bonus of £1,000 for hitting operational profit targetsAnnual bonus of £1,000 if yearly service targets are achievedOverachievement bonus – £250 for every £20,000 above annual budget37.5-hour week, Monday–Friday; 9am–5pmPaid travel expenses to regional clinic sitesA genuinely autonomous leadership role with strong internal support and cross-functional collaborationFantastic long term opportunities for growth and development into more senior-level rolesLocation: Croydon (w/ Hybrid) - easily accessible from South London, Central London, Redhill, Epsom, Orpington, Kingston-upon-ThamesInterested?To apply or find out more, contact Tom Fitch on 02393 874295 or 07919 008757, or email your CV to tfitch@compassltd.co.uk
