About the Role: As an English Specialist HLTA, you will: Deliver small-group and one-to-one English interventions to raise literacy levels. Plan and lead learning activities under the direction of teaching staff. Support students with varied ability levels, including those with EAL or SEN needs. Contribute to the English department by preparing resources and offering targeted academic support. Support in-class learning and occasionally provide cover for short-term teacher absences.
