We are proud of our work, our team, and the training we offer. As a valued Support Worker with Thera South West, you will join an inclusive team supporting adults with learning disabilities. You will help create innovative ways to support individuals in achieving their personal goals, aims, and ambitions. The support you provide will vary because everyone is different.
You will be supporting people in their own homes or out in the community, including working in a shared house for four people with complex health needs. Experience with epilepsy and high healthcare needs is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. This role can be fun and rewarding but may also be challenging and demanding.
