Private Client Fee Earner – Trusts & Tax (Hybrid, Full-Time) Ashby,Tamworth or Derby
A highly regarded law firm is seeking a Fee Earner to join their established Trusts and Tax team. This is a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working options available. The successful candidate will manage a varied and complex caseload, supporting high net worth individuals, business owners, landowners, and charitable organisations.
The Role:
You will be joining a busy and collaborative team handling a wide range of matters, including:
1. Probate and estate administration
2. Lifetime and charitable trusts
3. Will trusts and tax planning
4. Agricultural estates and farming partnerships
5. Corporate trustee work
6. Trust administration and wind-ups
7. Complex tax matters relating to estates and trusts
Key Responsibilities:
8. Managing a full caseload of trust and probate matters
9. Delivering exceptional client care and maintaining strong client relationships
10. Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal quality standards
11. Supporting team development and participating in marketing initiatives
12. Using the case management system effectively and accurately
13. Participating in relevant training and CPD activities
Requirements:
14. Qualified Solicitor or Fellow of CILEX with experience in Private Client law
15. Significant expertise in Wills, Probate, Trusts and Tax
16. Strong communication and organisational skills
17. Detail-oriented with excellent client service skills
18. CTA or ATT qualification (desirable but not essential)
