We have a unique opportunity for the right person to join our Blaenau Gwent Team. We are looking for a Mental Health Accommodation Case Worker in our Housing Related Support Service who will support people within the project through the trauma they have experienced, towards recovery, by finding the best ways for the individual to become independent and connected with their community and wellbeing.
