Role Location
Protocol Education are looking to recruit a learning support assistant/teaching assistant to join a SEND provision in Colchester.
Responsibilities
* All staff work to inspire, motivate, challenge and support each pupil, no matter what their individual needs may be.
* Maintain a friendly and positive approach to teaching and learning and quickly build up strong relationships and rapport with individual children.
Requirements
* A desire to assist in SEND matters; no experience is necessary.

* Must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced DBS check and subscribe to the DBS Update Service. Safeguarding checks are conducted in line with DfE guidance.
Details
This is a long-term, full-time position. We are looking for candidates to be available 5 days a week between the hours of 8:30am–15:30pm.

* All pay rates quoted are inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position; there may be an option to become permanent at a later date.
