Our Care And Support Worker role involves supporting individuals in their own homes throughout the community. The role requires reliable, compassionate care with a focus on maintaining client independence and well‑being.

Responsibilities
* Support clients at home to live as independently as possible
* Drive to client homes; a full UK driving licence and own vehicle access required
* Empower individuals to make their own choices in care decisions
* Provide personal, physical and emotional care
* Assist with daily tasks, activities and appointments
* Build positive relationships with clients, families and professionals
* Use mobile technology to record and deliver quality care
* Follow Altogether Care’s values and safe working practices
* Travel to ensure high‑quality local care as needed
Qualifications & Criteria
* Full UK Driving Licence & access to own vehicle
* Full DBS check (all successful applicants will be subject to an enhanced DBS)
