The Clinical Engineering Department has responsibility for managing and supporting a wide range of medical, therapeutic and diagnostic devices used throughout the Humber partnership, to ensure it operates effectively and safely with a minimum of downtime. Medical equipment represents one of the organisation's most substantial assets and the way in which equipment is purchased, managed and used can directly influence the quality of care delivered to patients. We are currently seeking a full-time Community Technician to work from Castle Hill Hospital but predominantly working out in the Community of Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire.

 * Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance, servicing, repair, calibration, safety testing and commissioning of a range of medical equipment appropriate to the grade in the community.
 * Work on more complex equipment may be undertaken under the supervision of more senior staff.
 * Post holder is required to work to high standards of safety and accountability.
Qualifications
 * Full UK Driving Licence.
