Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager located in Stanwell. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring service quality, and meeting organizational goals. Responsibilities include strategic planning, budget management, compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Leadership and Management skills, including team management and staff development
* Operational and Strategic Planning experience
* Financial and Budget Management skills
* Customer Service and Relationship Management skills
* Knowledge of Safety and Regulatory Compliance standards
* Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
* Ability to work on-site at the Stanwell location
* Experience in the transportation industry is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
* Transport Managers CPC essential (or obtain within 12 months)
