Are you a data-savvy storyteller with a knack for turning complex financial data into impactful insights? My client are looking for a Data Analyst to join their team for a 3-month engagement, bringing a blend of technical expertise and narrative skill to support their finance analytics initiatives (either on a part time or 5 days a week basis).
What You'll Do:
* Design and manage data workflows using Airflow and DBT for seamless data orchestration.
* Analyse financial data, uncover trends, and extract actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
* Create compelling, interactive dashboards and visualisations in Power BI to support key stakeholders.
* Translate data into clear, engaging narratives that drive understanding and influence decision-making across the business.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience with Airflow and DBT in a data engineering or analytics context.
* Strong analytical skills, with a solid understanding of finance and financial datasets.
* Proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard creation, data modelling, and DAX.
* Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to present data to both technical and non-technical audiences.
