Berry Recruitment are NOW hiring for a committed and experienced Order Processor/Customer Service, to work for a company in Wallingford, Oxfordshire.
Role: Order Processor/Customer Service
Salary: £29,000 per annum
Location: Wallingford, Oxfordshire
Hours: Full time – Office Based
Key Responsibilities of the Order Processor/Customer Service role.
1. To review and process Customer orders within the guidelines set out by the Company.
2. To respond positively to all requests from Customers
3. To prioritise and process all work within a reasonable time frame
4. To liaise with the Company’s Customers by telephone and in writing.
5. To review and process incoming orders ensuring quantities and pricing is correct
6. To respond to enquiries about the Company’s service and products
7. Offer additional or alternative products to the customer as and when applicable
8. Build customer relationships by taking ownership of calls and ensuring the customers’ needs are always met or exceeded.
9. Manage data entry via the CRM System
10. Perform such duties as may be reasonably expected
About you:
11. Educated to at least GCSE Standard
12. Ability to confidently express him/ herself in speech and writing
13. Accuracy in work essential
14. Computer literate – including SAP, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
