• Driving growth for the company’s market research services, helping clients across pharma, biotech, and healthcare make informed strategic decisions.
• Managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to proposal writing, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Building long-term partnerships with senior stakeholders, from innovative start-ups to global pharmaceutical companies.
• Collaborating with research and consulting teams to design tailored insight solutions for client challenges.
• Cross-selling across the company’s complementary offerings in research, strategy, and events.
• Playing a key role in shaping the business development strategy as the company continues its rapid expansion.
Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client engagement within pharmaceutical market research, healthcare insights, or consulting.
• A consultative, insight-driven approach to selling—someone who listens first and positions solutions with credibility.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage senior-level decision-makers.
• Strong understanding of how market research and insights contribute to strategic decisions in the life sciences sector.
• Self-motivated, independent, and driven by both growth and learning opportunities.
• 2–5 years’ experience in a commercial or client development role within healthcare or pharmaceutical research agencies.
• Familiarity with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies is an advantage.
