Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Exchange Quay, Manchester Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 uncapped commission (OTE £37,000 – £46,000; top performers £130,000 in commission) We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Exchange Quay team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, promoting our services and generating appointments for our Business Development team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a drive to succeed. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients to introduce our services and generate interest. * Maintain accurate records of all calls, emails, and interactions in our CRM system. * Assess client needs and tailor your approach to maximise engagement. * Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and previous interactions. * Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads. * Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to help improve strategies. * Meet and exceed daily activity and appointment-setting targets while maintaining professionalism. Experience & Skills: * Previous experience in B2B sales, SDR, or telemarketing is preferred but not essential. * Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. * Analytical mindset to understand client needs and adapt your approach. * Proactive, ambitious, and eager to learn and develop in a sales career.
