Responsibilities
* Lead and optimize manufacturing processes across new product introduction (NPI) and ongoing production, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective, and scalable production.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Proficient in manufacturing engineering tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and ERP/MRP systems.
* Qualifications and experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies.
* Experience of championing Lean principles and cost-reduction initiatives.
* Ability to use data and metrics to drive decision-making and evaluate improvements.
* Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
