The ideal Senior Payroll Administrator will be CIPP qualified or working toward this qualification, with 2-3 years' experience in a practice setting. Your Responsibilities * Execute end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness for multiple business clients * Maintain strict compliance with current legislation and regulatory requirements * Establish strong relationships through regular client communication regarding payments, HMRC liabilities, and personnel changes * Perform reconciliations of HMRC liabilities * Deliver expert advice on payroll matters to both clients and their employees * Assist clients with specialised reporting needs * Help establish new PAYE schemes and manage payroll transitions * Conduct manual calculations when necessary What You'll Need * Proven track record as a Payroll Specialist in a professional services environment * Comprehensive understanding of payroll systems, regulations, and best practices * Exceptional attention to detail and organisational capabilities * Experience with payroll software applications and Microsoft Office suite * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Professional approach to handling sensitive information * CIPP qualification (or working toward it) Ready to Take Your Next Career Step?
