Customer Experience Director, AD WARRIOR
Location: Remote
Salary: £94,671.46 per annum

The AD WARRIOR team is looking for a Customer Experience Director to lead their customer‑facing housing management teams. If you have a proven track record of delivery and are decisive, tenacious, collaborative, resilient and relentlessly passionate about great customer service, you might be the right fit.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead the delivery of local housing management services, including anti‑social behaviour, tenancy and neighbourhood‑related services.
* Maintain a subject‑matter expertise in housing management and ensure teams deliver excellent services that meet current and emerging customer needs.
* Drive customer satisfaction, trust and efficiency through strong change and performance management, process review, systems and policy development.
* Develop a high‑performing, productive culture with high levels of accountability, ownership and autonomy.
* Champion the Customer Promise and lead by example, encouraging the team to try new things and maintain engagement.
Required qualifications & experience:
* Extensive experience in housing management or related field with demonstrable leadership success.
* Proven delivery record in a complex, customer‑centric environment.
* Strong change management, process improvement and policy development skills.
* Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
* Valid Right to Work in the UK.
Final stage interviews will be held on 17th December at the Reading office. Successful applicants will need to provide satisfactory references and proof of right to work.
