Job Purpose
Reporting into theDigital Product Manager, the key purpose of the role is to support the deliveryand ongoing management of the company’s digital point of sale (POS) system,that in turn supportsOriginal Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)& Dealer partners, customers and the wider HCUK business. The primary role of aDigital Coordinatoris to plan,executeand documentthe testing of new applications, functionality, APIintegrationsandsmall changerequestsprior to their launch into the live environment.
Key Accountabilities
POS System Delivery and Testing
* Work closely withtheDigital & Innovation Director,Digital Product Manager,DigitalProduct Specialists,and partner agenciestoanalyserequirements, design / technical specificationstocreatecomprehensivetest scenarios,testobjectives,acceptancecriteriaand timing plans.
* Execute agreed test scenarios withinagreedtimeframes,ensuringthat alloutcomesare fully documented,and where defects / bugs / errors are found,ensurethese areescalatedappropriately,and the relevant fix isidentified.
* Coordinate and support releases into the live environment, ensuring readiness,appropriate approvals, and post-live QA are completed.
* Manage allBusinessAsUsual(BAU)activities for the POS System, ensuring itremainsaccurate, up to date, andoperateseffectively.
* Own andcoordinate quarterlyBAUtestingfor thePOS SystemandFinanceAPI/Calcintegrations, ensuring activities are plannedwith the wider team, executed within agreed timelines, and fully documented.
* Supportthe Digital Support Desk, ensuring that allassignedtickets are responded to and managedto satisfactory resolutionin line the agreed SLAs.
* Ad hoc support across other digital products will berequiredas needed.
Planning and budgetary control
Work with relevant stakeholders to plan,prioritiseand manage multiple test activities tosupporton-time deliveryof projects, in linewith departmentbudget.
Technical Knowledge
Developandmaintaina sound technical understanding ofthe POS System, relatedapplications, relevantdata sources,logicand Finance API/Calc integrations.
Stakeholder engagement
* Develop sound working relationships with internal and external stakeholders,especially digital agency partners, SCUK and OEMs.
* Act as a point of contact for business users, providing guidance, resolvingissuesand capturing feedback to support ongoing system improvements.
Communication and Reporting
* Quickly and effectivelyidentifyany critical issues and driveappropriate decisionsand actions.
* Accurately record testing results.
* Produceaccurateandmeaningfultest reports and communicate outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
Insight and continuous improvement
Identifyand implementimprovements to existing processes, measures, and documentation asappropriate.
Risk and Compliance
Inline with the company’s risk and compliance statement of responsibility andobjectives,identifyrisks,incidents,and breaches,in accordance withcompany policies and department procedures.
Change Request (CR) Process/Project/Planning/Governance
* Work closely withtheDigitalProductManagerto manage thePOS SystemCRbacklog, ensuring that CRsaretracked frominceptionthrough to completion, while contributing to wider digital initiatives asrequired.
* Maintain the digital governance processes, ensuring all changes, testing activities, and releases follow defined standards, controls, and approval frameworks

Required Experience and Expertise
The ideal candidate should have:
* Someexperience of QA and testing ina previousrole
* Strong working knowledge of Excel
* Understanding of project management lifecycle
* Ability to liaise on a technical level withbusiness /project ownersandagency partners
* Familiarity with JIRA is desirablebut not essential
* Previousexposure to orexperience working ina role in the automotive sector is desirable but not essential
Other Information
* This roleis home-based with requirements to visit the Company’s Head Office in Reigate (generally 1to 2 days per month) and visits to our OEMs, suppliers or dealers asrequired
* This position may require domestic travel from time to time
Remuneration Package
* Competitive base salary depending uponexpertise, range of £38,000– £42,000
* Eligibility for annual bonus, up to 15%
