We have an excellent opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our client’s busy Insolvency Practice firm at their Glasgow City Centre office.

About the firm
Our client is a well-established firm of Insolvency Practitioners specialising in the provision of personal debt solutions and are recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join their growing team. The successful candidate will play a vital part in the future of the Company and will be joining at a time of expected continued growth, offering a great career opportunity to progress.

About the role
As an Administration Assistant your responsibilities will include:

* Answering telephones, taking messages and transferring calls internally
* Opening and distributing mail
* Electronic filing and claims processing/handling
* Maintaining & updating client / case management systems
* Manual creation of correspondence
* Liaising effectively across teams, as appropriate
* Any other appropriate tasks, as directed

About you
To be successful for the role of Administration Assistant, you must be professional, personable, have good attention to detail, committed, focused and want to develop a career within a busy but growing Insolvency business, which you will be fully encouraged to do and be supported on with dedicated ongoing training.

Previous experience within an insolvency environment would be beneficial but not essential and you must have:

* Good organisational skills
* Take ownership of work & strives to deliver exceptional customer service
* Positive outlook, confident and have an excellent work ethic

About the salary and rewards
In the role of Administration Assistant, your working hours will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, occasional weekend hours may be required, and you will receive an excellent basic salary of £19,500 plus:

* 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
