Salary: £32,000 – £51,000

A welcoming secondary school in New Romney is looking to appoint a dedicated and experienced Maths Teacher. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting student progress and developing a strong mathematical foundation.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4
* Use data effectively to inform planning and intervention
* Support students of varying abilities to achieve their potential
* Work collaboratively within the Maths department
* Contribute to extracurricular or enrichment activities where appropriate
Person Specification:
* QTS is essential
* Proven experience teaching Mathematics
* Ability to engage and motivate learners
* Strong organisational and assessment skills
