Beechill Landscapes is a fast-growing commercial landscaping and grounds maintenance company operating across Northern Ireland. We’re expanding our team and are looking for motivated, hard-working people who want to build a long-term career in the landscaping industry. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, wants to learn practical skills, and is ready to take on responsibility as they progress. As a Trainee Team Leader, you’ll work within an experienced, supportive team to deliver high-quality grounds maintenance services for commercial clients across NI. You’ll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of landscaping tasks. Maintaining high standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service.
Responsibilities
* Grass cutting, hedge trimming, and general grounds care.
* Operating horticultural machinery (strimmers, hedge cutters, ride-on mowers, etc.).
* Supporting Team Leaders and learning how to manage jobs, sites, and small teams.
* Maintaining high standards.
Skills and Qualifications
* A full UK driving licence.
* Experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping.
* Experience using horticultural equipment.
* A CSR card.
* BE licence.
Further Information
Occasional overtime available. Start each day from our Carryduff location, travelling to sites across NI.
