Midweight Content Creator at OLIVER Agency. Location: Kingston, London, United Kingdom (on-site expected at minimum 2 days per week: Wednesday + Friday).
About the role
Are you a social-first, mobile-first storyteller who excels at creating social content? This high-visibility role sits within our Social Media team to build a real-time connection with audiences. You will work with social and creative experts to produce and amplify campaigns and events, in alignment with brand and PR objectives.
What you will be doing
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and influencers to shoot and edit social-first content; source trends, originate treatments/scripts/storyboards/shot lists, and oversee delivery.
* Optimize content performance using data, with support from the social team.
* Create video and visual content for TikTok and Instagram, and support content for Facebook, X, and other platforms with strong judgment and awareness of the social landscape.
* Conduct on-location and in-office shoots using existing materials and props.
* Source and create timely content about key campaigns; manage reactive content moments in addition to planned content.
* Develop engaging social content aligned with brand guidelines and goals.
* Attend brand events, shoots, PR, and influencer events to capture social content.
* Be open to sustainability training and relevant research related to the role.

* Strategic thinking with experience building long-term social media presence in support of reputational PR.
* Ability to understand business and client objectives when interpreting briefs.
* Comfortable being in front of the camera with high energy and enthusiasm for the food category.
* Excellent judgment, especially in tight timeframes.
* Excitement for integrating Gen AI tools and exploring new innovations.
* Ability to handle ambiguity with bias for action and collaboration.
* Passion for creating content across social, streaming, AR, music, film, interactive, and related media.
* Strong design, video, and photo editing skills.
* Experience with a wide range of video and static imagery; ability to repurpose content across formats.
* Proficiency with content creation tools (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Creative Suite; Canva or Google Docs/Sheets/Slides; TikTok, Instagram, Facebook Live, etc.).
* Ability to turn branded content into a volume of social assets (clips, gifs, graphics, photos, stories, copy, etc.).
* 3+ years of social media/content creation experience.
* A portfolio demonstrating content ideas and execution.
* Understanding of key social KPIs and how they relate to trends, editing styles, formats, and structure.
* Excellent level of English (spoken and written) for collaboration with an international team.
* Commitment to environmental responsibility, social equity, and economic viability in day-to-day work.
