Our client is a growing commercial maintenance contractor based in Corringham, Thurrock, and they are looking to recruit an experienced HVAC Engineer to join their expanding team.
The role will involve working across a range of commercial projects around the M25 areas. The Managing Director is flexible and open to considering both self‑employment (CIS) and permanent arrangements.
Responsibilities
* Installation, servicing and maintenance of HVAC systems
* Work on commercial projects located around the M25
* Fault finding and repairs
* Work independently and as part of a wider team
* Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service
Requirements
* Previous HVAC / Air Conditioning / Commercial Heating experience
* FGAS qualification preferred
* Relevant NVQ / City & Guilds qualifications advantageous
* Full UK driving licence
* Ability to travel to various project locations

* £250‑£330 daily rate DOE (self‑employed)
