Job Overview: We are currently looking for a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our UK team through Dawsons and provide excellent service to our customers. This role is perfect for someone passionate about music and customer service who is available to work three days a week including weekends. As a part-time Customer Support Representative, you will assist customers with product inquiries, facilitate online sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Your primary goal will be to help customers find the right musical instruments and accessories and support their online and in-store purchasing journey. Responsibilities: Provide customer service, product knowledge, and expertise in musical instruments. Sell musical instruments and related merchandise. Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently, assisting customers with troubleshooting, website navigation, and product inquiries. Facilitate online sales and the click-and-collect process. Manage customer returns and exchanges, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory process. Assist with inventory management, stock checks, and restocking. Support packaging and delivery tasks, adhering to company guidelines. Participate in sales and marketing events (on occasions). Assist the Retail Manager with store operations. Complete daily customer support tasks, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Requirements: Ability to play an instrument (guitar or bass preferred). Prior experience in customer service or retail management. Strong phone and verbal communication skills. Excellent troubleshooting and active listening skills. Patience, empathy, and adaptability to different customer needs. Familiarity with CRM systems like Gorgias is advantageous. Proficient in English; additional language skills are a plus. Strong time-management skills and ability to multitask. Computer literate with basic office software knowledge.
