About the Role:
You'll work as part of a committed support team, helping to create a safe, structured and positive learning environment for students who may struggle with mainstream classroom expectations. The role will involve a mix of 1:1 and small group work, particularly supporting those who present with behavioural challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, or specific SEN diagnoses such as ADHD or autism.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide individualised support to students with SEN, SEMH, and behavioural needs
2. Support students both in class and in designated intervention spaces
