You’ll guide small groups, provide 1:1 support, set up activities, and keep concise notes on progress so next steps are clear. You’ll reinforce routines, promote positive behaviour, and help create a calm, engaging classroom. The Candidate: You’re a graduate who communicates clearly, follows guidance well, and builds trust with young children.
