We're supporting the UK market entry of a next-generation aesthetic medical technology platform operating across capital, software, and AI.
This is not a legacy leadership role and not a “manage what exists” position. It’s a founding commercial leadership role for someone who wants to build a business from the ground up commercially, culturally, and operationally, and then scale, coach, and lead as the team grows.
The technology is commercially live, scaling internationally, and now moving direct-to-market in the UK with long-term commitment and backing.
The Role
This role is designed for a hands-on commercial leader — a true player-coach — who is comfortable selling personally in the early stages, while simultaneously building the foundations for scale.
You will:
* Lead UK market entry from day one
* Own early-stage revenue while building the sales engine
* Recruit, coach, and mentor the first wave of commercial hires
* Shape go-to-market strategy, pricing, and positioning
* Establish culture, standards, and execution discipline
* Evolve into full UK Commercial Director / Country Lead as the business scales
This is a builder role, not a maintenance role.

* Experienced in selling high-value capital equipment and platform-led solutions
* Experience in managing a UK based team ideally within Capital Aesthetics focus
