As a Commercial Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the sales system end-to-end, ensuring that revenue goals are met and growth is predictable. You’ll reduce founder involvement in day-to-day sales decisions by managing strategy, pipeline, and commercial negotiations autonomously. This is a senior, hands-on, commercially-focused role, not an account management, client services, or project coordination position.
