Responsibilities
* Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel welcomed upon arrival.
* Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
* Support stylists with their daily tasks, including preparing tools and products for services.
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
* Promote salon services and products through effective upselling techniques.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the salon environment, ensuring all areas are tidy and well-stocked.
* Assist in mentoring new staff members, sharing knowledge about salon procedures and best practices.
* Perform additional services such as eyelash extensions and makeup application as required.
