Customer Services Advisor (£29,631 per-annum, 37 hours per week, fixed-term 12 months)
Location - Hybrid working with an office base of Sevenoaks Office. We offer a flexible approach to hybrid working with full-time employees working 2 days in the office per week.
About the role
We’re looking for friendly, proactive individuals who love connecting with others-whether that’s over the phone, by email, or through social media. If you enjoy solving problems, using technology, and going the extra mile to support customers, we’d love to hear from you.
As a Customer Services Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our residents, helping them with a wide range of queries. You’ll use your communication skills and positive attitude to deliver excellent service and ensure every customer feels heard and supported.

Hours
37 hours per week, 8.45am to 5.15pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 5pm on Friday.
