SEN Teaching Assistant – Croydon Location: Croydon Start Date: ASAP Contract Type: Full-time / Long-term Protocol Education is looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join one of our supportive partner schools in Croydon. You will be working closely with pupils who have a range of special educational needs, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, and Speech & Language difficulties. The ideal candidate will be patient, proactive, and passionate about helping every child reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils with SEN Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities Help create an inclusive and positive classroom environment Support pupils with personal care or mobility needs (if required) Requirements: Previous experience supporting children with SEN (school or personal experience welcome) A positive, caring, and resilient attitude Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) Availability for full-time or long-term placement Why join us?
