Michelin-starred Cail Bruich is now recruiting a Sommelier to join our team. If you are looking to advance your hospitality career, then this role is perfect for you. The role: Working on the service bar, making drinks (wine, cocktails, coffees) Serving drinks & food.
Serving and explaining wines to guests. Providing consistently excellent customer service.
Involvement in all aspects of service; setting-up, preparation, and cleaning down after service.
1. The ideal candidate must have: 1 year of wine knowledge (preferred) Great knowledge of food Great knowledge of drinks; including Old World wine, Scottish spirits, cocktails.
A great personality and enjoy working as part of a team in a social environment.
