Position: Market Research Interviewer (Part Time, Car Required)
Overview:
As a Field Market Research Interviewer, you will conduct door-to-door interviews in assigned neighbourhoods, collecting survey responses using a company-provided tablet. This is a part-time role with flexible hours based on shifts booked in advance.
Responsibilities
* Conduct door-to-door interviews with members of the public, inviting participation in surveys.
* Use a company-provided tablet to record responses; no manual paperwork required.
* Attend pre-booked 6-hour shifts (typical start times around 1–2pm) within the hours of 9am to 8pm, on weekdays and weekends.
* Ensure you have a car, business insurance, and a valid driver’s licence for travel between locations.
* Complete training provided by Ipsos to build confidence in approaching respondents and executing interviews.
* Receive mileage reimbursement for travel as part of the role.
Qualifications
* Own a car, with business insurance and a valid driver’s licence.
* Comfortable meeting new people, starting conversations, and putting respondents at ease.
* Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity (minimum 12 hours per week in pre-booked 6-hour shifts).
* Interest in contributing to insights that help businesses and organisations make community-impacting decisions.
