Cogs Global, a leading procurement recruitment firm, is seeking experienced recruiters to join our growing Supply Chain Recruitment team

About the Role:
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in building long-lasting relationships with both clients and candidates. You will source, screen, and qualify top supply chain professionals and be responsible for also building your own client base.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Proactive Business Development to find, qualify and create relationships with businesses with a need for talent
* Building a strong network of supply chain professionals across various disciplines (e.g., Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics)
* Proactively sourcing and identifying top talent through various channels
* Conducting in-depth candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
* Presenting shortlisted candidates to clients and negotiating offers
* Managing the entire recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both clients and candidates
* Staying current on industry trends and market insights to provide valuable consultative advice to clients
Qualifications were looking for:
* 1-5 years of experience in 360 recruitment, preferably within the supply chain or logistics functions
* A proven track record of success in sourcing and placing qualified candidates
* Strong understanding of the supply chain landscape and current industry trends
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
