SEN Tutor
Salary: £25 - £35 Per hour
Job Description
Job Duties:
* Provide tailored support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Create individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities
* Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to enhance students' learning experience
* Assess students' progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
* Collaborate with other educators and support staff to ensure comprehensive support for students
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience working with students with SEN
* Knowledge of SEN teaching strategies and resources
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
* Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably with SEN students
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of SEN Code of Practise
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet students' diverse learning needs
* Strong classroom management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs
* Training in specific SEN interventions and techniques
Working Conditions:
* Part-Time hours, flexible schedule
* Work in a classroom or one-on-one setting with students
* Potential travel to different locations within Oxfordshire

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
